Migrant Lives Matter
University of Sussex School of Global Studies presents an all day celebration of migration featuring music, film, pop up art installations, comedy, food and thought provoking talks and workshops.
The line up includes special guests comedian Juliet Meyers and author and co-founder of War Child, David Wilson. A full programme of exclusive film-screenings throughout the day complemented by Q and A’s and panel discussions will run in conjunction with talks and workshops on migration related issues.
The music events brings together the best in local up and coming artists and bands performing alongside musicians from around the world in a series of bar-room jam sessions.
Food will be provided by The Real Junk Food Project and there will be table tennis coaching from Brighton Table Tennis Club.
All proceeds from ticket sales go to local Brighton and Sussex based migrant and asylum seeker support charities Sanctuary On Sea and The Migrant English Project. For the full programme and further details go to http://www.sussex.ac.uk/global/

Concessions
The Concessions rate is available for students, University of Sussex students, Over 60s, and people in receipt of JSA or DLA/PIP. Proof of eligibility may be required on the door or at the box office (if collecting). Personal assistance tickets are available for free for customers who would otherwise be unable to attend the venue. Box Office Opening Times
The box office (phone line and drop-in service) is open from 10am to 4pm, Mondays to Fridays. The box office is also open one hour before the advertised show start time.
