Legat School of Ballet & Contemporary Dance present their end of year Performance Showcase for 2018.
A dynamic mixture of classical ballet, contemporary dance and musical theatre under the direction of Artistic Director and producer Lee Smikle (Matthew Bourne's New Adventures, Shoreditch Youth Dance Company).
Legat will premiere new works by professional choreographer Hannah Kidd (Richard Alston Dance Company and emerging young choreographer Arielle Smith (Rambert School, National Youth Ballet). Other work in the programme will include a new work for the Legat Associates by Glenn Graham ( Matthew Bourne's New Adventures, Introdans ), mentored choreography by the Legat students and also work created by Smikle and the professional faculty of Legat.
The Legat School of Ballet and Contemporary Dance is a centre for artistic and academic excellence based at Bede’s Senior School in Upper Dicker. Offering intensive vocational dance training in classical ballet, contemporary dance and choreography alongside providing dancers with the very best academic preparation for GCSE and A Level.

General Information
Car Parking
After 5pm on weekdays and all day on weekends, parking on campus is free.
Please bear in mind that the campus car parks are likely to be busy for the matinee performance at 2pm on Tuesday 26th June. If you decide to drive to that performance, please allow more time for your journey.
For the matinee performance on Tuesday 26th June, we recommend that you purchase a parking voucher for £2.50, which is available as part of the online checkout process when booking your tickets.

Concessions
The Concessions rate is available for students, University of Sussex students, Over 60s, and people in receipt of JSA or DLA/PIP. Proof of eligibility may be required on the door or at the box office (if collecting). Personal assistance tickets are available for free for customers who would otherwise be unable to attend the venue. Box Office Opening Times
The box office (phone line and drop-in service) is open from 10am to 4pm, Mondays to Fridays. The box office is also open one hour before the advertised show start time.
