Analogue video glitch workshop with Bastien Lavaud
Discover analogue video glitch aesthetics through the demonstration of different video devices and by building your own video glitch circuit. This workshop will include an overview of some analogue video glitching and distortion techniques. It's open to anyone interested in video and requires no particular skills in electronics beforehand. People attending don’t need to bring anything, the kits and tools needed for the build will be provided throughout the workshop.
The duration of the workshop is 5 hours and includes:
An introduction to analogue video glitch and demonstration of glitch devices: 1 hour
Building and testing of the circuit: 3 hours.
Video techniques presentation and talk: 1 hour.
