Photography Changes Everything Panel Discussion 17:00–19.00 We will close the festival with a debate about whether photography really can make a difference and be used to help create a better world. We are delighted to announce that Marvin Heiferman, author of Photography Changes Everything (Aperture, 2013) will join us online for a conversation with Dr Benedict Burbridge, Senior Lecturer, Art History, University of Sussex.
